Case 1: Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
70-year old male patient, presented with acute onset back pain.
CT
Angio showed 12 cm thoracic aortic aneurysm extending to
just above the celiac artery.
Endovascular repair done
with uneventful course. |

Case 2: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm
(AAA)
86-year old male patient, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD),
presented with symptomatic 8 cm AAA.
Endovascular repair was
done using suprarenal fixation device with a bifurcated
graft.
Course uneventful. |

Case 3: Chronic Mesenteric Ischemia
76-year old male patient, CAD, chronic abdominal pain,
weight loss.
Angiography confirms celiac artery occlusion,
inferior mesenteric occlusion, and severe superior
mesenteric stenosis.
Angioplasty and stenting of the
Superior Mesenteric Artery (SMA) done.
Patient did very
well, free of pain, and gaining weight. |
