Online Course Registration and drop/add period  
1- For New Students: September 24, 2008, 9:00 am on until October 8, 11:00 pm.
2- For New Students who have submitted late documents and/or paid late: September 25, 2008 until October 8, 2008 (according to time tickets).
3- For Continuing Students (phase III): September 25, 2008 at 08:00 am until October 8, 2008 (according to the registration guide and time slots).

Steps required to generate your time ticket for the Online Course Registration and drop/add for the Fall term 2008-2009.
1- Access "AUBsis Student Information System"
2- Select "Enter Secure Area"
3- Select "Login with your student ID and pin code"
4- Select "Student Services"
5- Select "Registration"
6- Select "Select Term" Fall 2008-2009
7- Select "Check your Registration Status"

Time tickets will be generated acceding to your status, then you can go back and select "Add/Drop/Withdraw Classes" or "look up classes to add" during your registration time ticket.

Alternate PIN Code is required during Fall term 2008-2009 Online Course Registration.

AREC Produce
After receiving your overwhelming positive feedback regarding the delivery of AREC products, we have finally decided to put this proposal into action. Please note the procedure below:
- Requests can be made all week long only by email to: arec@aub.edu.lb
- Delivery will be made on Mondays and Wednesdays. Requests have to be put at least 2 days before delivery.
- A request by email is binding
- In your request, you need to indicate:
* The products that you want
* The quantity of each product
* Your office location and extension.
- Any missing information will render your request rejected.
- Make sure that you have the facilities (refrigerators) necessary to store the products or their quality might be affected
- AUBMC customers will be able to pick up their orders on Wednesdays from our truck at the Dale Home parking at any time from 12 till 2.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that, AREC products are available for direct sale at the pilot plant according to the following schedule:
- Mondays 11:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Tuesdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Wednesdays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

You can call on the extension 4599 and make a reservation to come and pick up your products at a later time.

AUB Planner 2008-09
Get the new AUB planner. It runs from October 2008 to December 2009 and is packed with useful information. It includes the AUB mission statement, words of the Alma Mater, the University Calendar, essential University telephone numbers, monthly planners for 2008 and 2009, an address section, semester schedule, world time, Hejira calendar, addresses of alumni branches around the world and a building-coded map of AUB.

The AUB Planner comes in six different cover designs: creative, or plain leatherette in black, blue, green, Havana and tan embossed with the AUB logo. It is 8.5 x 16.5 cm in size.

Do You Know!
The Dorman Family Scholarship.
In January 1963, the Dorman family established a scholarship fund in the name of Dr. Harry G. Dorman to provide an annual scholarship to a medical student at AUB.
The Dorman family had already donated to AUB one hundred shares that they owned in the General Motors stock.
During more than three decades of service at AUB, Dr. Harry G. Dorman had served as professor of obstetrics and gynecology, professor of pediatrics and physiology, Acting Dean and then Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
