Do You Know!
In summer 1970, the AUB Post office was moved from West Hall to its current location in the basement of Ada Dodge Hall. At the time, there were only about 1,800 boxes, with 2-5 students sharing each box. The new post office provided 3,500 boxes, more circulation space, better and larger facilities for windows transactions and all-around more efficiency.
The area vacated by the Post Office in West Hall was made into a space for student publications, i.e. Campus and Outlook.
