Do You Know?

On 25 August 1972, the Lebanese Minister of Education approved a decision by the ministry’s Equivalence Committee whereby the Ph.D conferred by AUB is considered equal to the Doctorat d’Etat in accordance with Lebanese regulations.
By that time the university had conferred eight Ph.D degrees and twelve honorary degrees

AREC surplus products
This is to inform you that AREC surplus products are being sold at the Pilot Plant every Tuesday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. These consist of frozen chicken, eggs, milk products such as Laban, Labneh and 5 kinds of cheese.  From time to time, red meat (American cuts) may be available.  Later on in the season, there will be a variety of vegetables and fruits and of course sweet corn.
