of its activities. As a start, we need to collect your photos. So if you

AREC surplus products
This is to inform you that AREC surplus products are being sold at the
Pilot Plant every Tuesday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. These consist of
frozen chicken, eggs, milk products such as Laban, Labneh and 5 kinds of
cheese. From time to time, red meat (American cuts) may be available.
Later on in the season, there will be a variety of vegetables and fruits
and of course sweet corn.
In order to better meet your needs, please place your order a week
before, by calling either Mr. Ghassan Kadi ext. 4591 or e-mailing Mr.

World Intellectual Property Day

On the occasion of the World Intellectual Property Day, the Office
Of Grants and Contracts with the National Intellectual Property
Committee is organizing the event aiming at raising public awareness
of IP issues.
Additional Information
Lectures will cover main IP topics and will be followed by an IP
festival that will be open to the public and artists from Star
Academy, Super Star and others with live entertainment.
The lectures will be presented by IP experts and/or right holders.
Every lecture will be followed by success stories on the related IP
topic. Topics covered include copyright, neighboring rights,
trademarks, patents and industrial designs.

Starting in February 2004, the Olayan School of Business launched its
Executive MBA program for senior executives from Lebanon and the region.
Exhibition: From Marquand House to College Hall: A Gallery of AUB
Presidents.
Photos and publications of AUB Presidents, spanning 140 years, are on
display in this exhibition which started on Monday March 27and will end
on April 28, 2006. The exhibition is held in Jafet Library – Exhibition
Gallery and is organized by the University Libraries Information
