AMST 215 Introduction to American Studies is required of all students completing the minor. This team-taught course will be offered for the first time in Fall 2005 (11-12 Tuesday- Thursday). Nutritional epidemiologist Dr. Katherine Gray-Donald, former Director of the School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at McGill University and head of a research team on dietary methodology at McGill is currently working in the areas of dietary measurement in high risk populations in different countries. Her work relates to the measurement of food intake, nutrient intake, food contribution to nutrient intake as well as the impact of nutrition on chronic disease.

Honorary Degrees Ceremony: Saturday, June 25, 2005, 12:00 noon, Assembly Hall AUB136 Commencement Exercises
Saturday, June 25, 2005, 6:30 pm, University Athletics Field Because of the increase in the number of graduates and duration of the ceremony, the Commencement Committee agreed this year to split the commencement exercises, which will take place on Saturday June 25, 2005 into two parts. The main commencement ceremony, in which the President will award the degrees, will take place at 6:30 pm on the Green Field.
