Tutors are available each day Monday-Friday 9 am-3 pm, in West Hall 327. Students are welcome to walk-in with their texts or call to make scheduled appointments. James Rauch is Professor of Economics at the University of
California, San Diego and Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is co-editor of the Journal of International Economics and Associate Editor of the Review of Economics and Statistics. He is also the author of the textbook Leading Issues in Economic Development, now in its 8th edition.
