5.      General Chair, The First LAAS International Conference on Computer Simulation, (ICCS'95), held at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, AUB, September 1-4, 1995. This conference attracted 68 participants including 4 keynote speakers. This refereed conference on computer simulation was the first of its kind in Lebanon and the region, which provided participants with the opportunity to meet with their peers. The conference provided an international forum for acquiring and sharing unpublished papers on state-of-the-art methods and techniques of solution using computer simulation.
