Annual Fund

Since its establishment, AUB has been committed to excellence in education. The University became a proven training ground for scores of accomplished professionals in medicine, politics, academia, diplomacy, business and many other fields in Lebanon, the region, and around the world.

After a period of intense and devastating civil unrest (1975-1991), AUB has taken measures to face the challenges of the new millenium. To support AUB's academic mission, the Annual Fund was created to encourage donations from all alumni and friends. As unrestricted gifts, these contributions help AUB where the needs and opportunities are greatest: to strengthen the financial aid program, upgrade laboratories and equipment, update the library collection, integrate new technologies, encourage faculty members to participate in joint research initiatives locally and internationally, and promote student research. In other words, Annual Fund participants help AUB to continue growing as an exceptional institution of higher learning.

All Annual Fund donors will be recognized in the Contributors Report  at the following levels:

• Friend $5 to $25

• Associate $250 to $499

• Partner $500 to $999
