? April 2001 Coordinated and taught high school students Aquaculture.  I was part of a team that instructed and demonstrated various aquaculture techniques to visiting high school students associated with the Harris Agriscience & Technology Center in Connecticut.

 

? 1998 / 1999 Developed and taught a course on recirculating systems at Auburn University. I wrote the manual used to teach the course, and taught both the theoretical and practical sections.

 

? 1996 / Ongoing. CT Wildlife. Consultants in Wildlife management in South Dakota. The company deals with grassland and wildlife conservation and management in cooperation with CRP, easement programs, Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited and SD Fish and Game.

 

? 1993 / 1996 Managing Director of HEA Ltd. (Aquaculture & Forestry consultancy).

HEA Ltd. was a forestry and aquaculture consultancy company I started in Ghana, West Africa.  The company was involved in assisting timber companies optimize forest harvest management; wood processing and treatment; local and export sales of timber products.  We designed several tilapia farms and a shrimp farm.

? 1986 / 1988 Shrimp culture research in Lebanon with United Sea Food.  USF did research on maturation, spawning and intensive rearing of Penaeus japonicus in the Middle East and the Arab peninsula.  My responsibilities included brood stock maturation as well as algae and Artemia cultures.
