Plagiarism Test?
AUB students working for a degree.

Who is NOT required to take the
Plagiarism Test?
Only the following five
groups of students are not required to take the Plagiarism Test:
- Students who are not working
for a degree.
- Students who are ONLY
auditing courses.
- Students who are in the
English Intensive Program (Once the students are no longer
in the Intensive program they will be required to pass the
Plagiarism Test).
- Students in the ‘University
Preparatory Program’.
- EMBA (Executive MBA) students.

Can I take the Plagiarism Test from outside
AUB campus?
Yes, the Plagiarism Test is
accessible from outside campus. But it is recommended that you
open the Test in a new web browser and not use an already opened
one.

Do I have to redo the Plagiarism Test after successfully passing
it?
You only need to
successfully pass the Plagiarism Test ONCE.

What will happen if I attempt to
redo the Plagiarism Test after successfully passing it?
If you attempt to redo the
Plagiarism Test after successfully passing it, you will be
notified that you have already passed the Test and you don’t
have to repeat it.

Is there a maximum number of attempts
for the Plagiarism Test?
You have an unlimited
number of attempts before successfully passing the Plagiarism
Test. But each attempt has a time limit of 20 minutes. Meaning
once you start an attempt you will have 20 minutes to answer all
questions.

What is the passing grade of the
Plagiarism Test?
You need to score 100 %
on the Plagiarism Test in order to successfully pass it.
