Digambara Patra, Ph.D

I, Digambara Patra, am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, American University of Beirut, Lebanon.

I was born in Gambhariguda, part of a small town of Dharamgarh in Kalahandi district of Orissa, India and educated as a chemist.

My teaching interest is General Chemistry and Physical Chemistry.

My research work focus in applied spectroscopy where we carry out nanoscopic and microscopic investigations of molecule and their interactions, dynamics, probing and single molecule studies by applying fluorescence spectroscopic and imaging tools.
