N.B.: All reported incidents will be treated with  utmost confidentiality.

Handling of Reported Violations

The Director of Internal Audit shall address all reported issues, and appropriate corrective action will be recommended, if warranted. The Director of Internal Audit will notify the sender and acknowledge receipt of the report within reasonable period of time. It will not be possible to acknowledge receipt of anonymously submitted report.
