Journalism Training Program (JTP) Workshop: Citizen/Online Journalism

JTP is planning a workshop on "Citizen/Online Journalism" for beginner and mid-level practitioners on July 21-25, 2008, in cooperation with the German "Heinrich Boll Foundation." Deadline for applying is July 15, 2008.

Details

The workshop will be held in the Regional External Programs conference room, ground floor, Van Dyke Hall, AUB, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and will be open to Arab journalists from print, broadcast, and on-line media. Participation is free but limited. Interested journalists should send a CV and three work samples to JTP director Magda Abu-Fadil by email at ma145@aub.edu.lb or fax at 961-(0)1-748539. The deadline is July 15.

Participants from outside Lebanon must cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
